ACSG Opens New Office in Pensacola, Florida ACSG is currently opening an office in Pensacola, Florida. The Pensacola Regional Airport has awarded a contract to the firm for acquisition of approximately $25M in businesses and residences in the Commerce Park area adjacent to the facility. Over the next few months, ACSG will be setting up the program and commencing acquisition. Responsibilities on this project include complete project oversight, environmental, supervision of subconsultants including appraisers, legal, title companies, etc., negotiations directly with the property owners, relocation, property management, among other responsibilities. Mr. Bill Connor, A.A.E. is project manager for the firm on the PNS assignment.
